One-on-one sessions tailored to your unique needs and goals, whether you're managing stress, improving communication, or supporting recovery. These private sessions provide a personalized and evidence-based approach to enhance emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being.

  • $120 per hour.

Group Music Therapy Sessions


Dementia Defense
Designed for older adults, these group sessions focus on maintaining cognitive function, stimulating memory, and enhancing emotional well-being. Participants engage in activities like singing familiar songs, rhythmic movement, and guided improvisation to support brain health and foster connection.

  • $150 per hour/session (up to 16 participants).

Adolescent/Adult Autism and Disability
These sessions create a safe, supportive environment where participants can build social skills, boost self-esteem, and express themselves creatively. Through activities like drumming circles, songwriting, and interactive music-making, participants are empowered to connect and thrive.

  • $150 per hour/session (up to 8 participants).
